I’m 100% human-powered and totally AI free.

When I craft a marriage ceremony, AI has nothing to do with it.

When I prepare for a coaching session, I make my own notes to prepare, and afterward, I do the same, to remember what happened.

When I write a blog post or a thing for social media, an essay, or a speech, it’s all me.

When I plan a workshop or other event, AI has nothing to do with it.

Why?

I have a long list of reasons that I’ll post another time. But a huge reason, put simply, is that humans do it better–especially things of the heart, of the mind, of consciousness.

Why would I get a large language model to craft wedding vows or prepare advice about recovering from heartbreak? It wouldn’t make any sense.

Why would I employ a chatbot to draft a mindfulness script? It doesn’t have a mind or a body, doesn’t know what distraction feels like, doesn’t need to settle its spirit.

It’s an intentional choice to refrain from clicking the button on this site that offers to open “AI Studio” to improve my post, to resist the siren’s call of “AI-mode” in search engines. But it’s a choice I make every day because it aligns with what I value most in what I offer the world, my friends, family, and clients.
